Booking & Search

Use our search widget on the homepage or Search Hotels page. Enter your destination, check-in/check-out dates, and number of guests. Click "Search" to see available hotels.

Yes! You can checkout as a guest. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. You can optionally create an account later to manage your bookings.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking with your reservation voucher. This email contains all booking details and the hotel confirmation number.

You'll need: guest names, contact email, phone number, and a valid payment method. Make sure the lead guest name matches the ID they'll present at check-in.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown include all hotel charges and taxes. The final price at checkout is what you'll pay - no hidden fees.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Your card is charged immediately upon booking confirmation. You'll receive a receipt via email.

Yes! If you find a lower price for the same hotel, room type, and dates within 24 hours of booking, we'll match it and refund the difference.

Cancellations & Changes

Log in to your account, go to "Trips", and select the booking you want to cancel. Click "Cancel Reservation" and follow the prompts. Cancellation policies vary by hotel.

Cancellation policies are set by each hotel and shown during booking. Many hotels offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled.

Most reservations cannot be modified directly. You'll need to cancel your existing booking (if eligible) and make a new reservation with the correct dates.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Check-in & Hotel Stay

Bring a valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking. Show your confirmation email or voucher (digital or printed) to the front desk.

Standard check-in is typically 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Exact times vary by hotel and are shown on your confirmation email.

Contact the hotel directly after booking to request early check-in or late check-out. Availability is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Hotel contact information is included in your confirmation email. You can call them directly with questions about amenities, directions, or special requests.

Account & Privacy

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and create a password. You can also create an account after booking as a guest by logging in with the email you used.

Click "Login" then "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password.

Yes. We use a PCI-compliant payment processor with bank-level security. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
